Don’t Compromise – Chinazo and Johnpaul’s #CJ2016 Love Story and Spectacular Wedding

How they met? Chinazo narrating; Ok firstly, he used to be my younger sister’s colleague until he got a new job in 2013 and was transferred to another state in Nigeria(PHC). According to him, he was single and looking for company. She had previously told him about her elder sister in PHC but didn’t give any specific details. On Jan 7th, 2015 I got a facebook request accompanied with a message and I accepted. He introduced himself to me as Vera’s friend (my sister) and narrated how he had to take the bull by the horn to search for me on facebook via my surname since Vera was not forthcoming with details about me; not even my name..LOL! He was so excited having finally found me because he had already encountered my cousin in the search for me. I laughed at his ordeal and …. here we are today; Mr & Mrs!! Did I forget to mention his request came in 7 days after concluding my 3-day intense interaction with God?? God heard my prayer indeed.

What was the best highlight of the wedding day?

My husband and his groomsmen had an 8-min length surprise dance for me. I was totally blown away!!

My advice to other couples?

Plan a wedding according to your means. It’s true that it is a once in a lifetime event…but there’s life after the wedding too. If possible, restrict the number of guests to your close friends and family. That way you get to have a very intimate and fun wedding as well as cater to everyone the way you would love to. As for the vendors…don’t compromise on the Photographer, DJ, Outfits and decor!
